Sourcing From Our Neighbors
There’s nothing like living in the Northwest, especially Skagit Valley!
Fresh & Local
We’re committed to taking advantage of the resources available in our region when crafting our menu, including seasonal produce from nearby Farmers' Markets and products from Washington state suppliers. We continually strive to source the freshest, best tasting items, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.
The Old Edison is proud to support locally owned area businesses:
Golden Glen Creamery (Bow)
Breadfarm (Edison)
3 Sisters Family Farm (Coupeville)

PNW Oysters
We simply do the best fried oysters.
Other establishments make this claim, but quietly we are the best. People call from miles away to ask if we have oysters in! We sell only Pacific Northwest oysters, and the quality cannot compare.

Cocktails & Microbrews
Did we mention we love beer?
In addition to a fully-stocked bar, house-infused liquors, and a great selection of wines, we have 17 beers & 1 cider on tap! Half rotate weekly as we support local breweries and offer regional & domestic beers.

Burgers & Steaks
The Big E Cheeseburger is a leading favorite.
Our beef comes fresh and we always handcraft our burger patties. The newer Bow Burger is trending as it features grass-fed beef, local Golden Glen Creamery cheese, and seasonal veggies on a local Breadfarm bun.
